This t-shirt holds a very special place in my heart (although all my pieces do) because it was the first piece I ever pattern drafted without instruction. It's also special because the first blog I ever started years ago was simply about finding the perfect t-shirt. You could have never told me that six years later I would have designed and made, what I deem to be, the perfect t-shirt.
I pattern drafted many iterations of this t-shirt so that I could perfect the fit. I wanted the neckline to be comfortable while still not being so wide as to expose bra straps. The slightly cropped fit makes it a perfect pairing for high-waisted jeans. It is currently available in a faded black (or cinder) cotton reminiscent of your favorite vintage t-shirt. So let's just say this is your favorite vintage t-shirt, updated.
I've designed my "one size" garments to accommodate a range of sizes. This garment will best fit a size 0-12.
Bust measurement: 24"
Length: 20 1/4"
*Please note that because of the handmade nature of my clothes, there could be slight variations in these measurements. I consider this my own little act of "wabi sabi" which is the Japanese concept of the beauty in imperfection.
Fabric content: 100% cotton
Care instructions: Wash separately in cold water on delicate cycle. Dry on medium heat. Remove promptly. Press...or don't.
*fabric sourced domestically
