embroidered hanky in organic linen cotton (tea)
We’re so excited to introduce you to The Hanky Project. We are always contemplating our environmental impact and one way we wanted to do better was by tackling our fabric scraps. We were able to salvage enough fabric by laying out our patterns efficiently to make 50 hankies for you all in various colors/sizes.
This is the hanky from our recent diy blog post about how to embroider flowers. Add more flowers by following the diy or keep it nice and simple by leaving it as is.
Uses for hankies: when a cold hits you and you don’t want to use a thousand tissues, for various spills around the house, to wipe your brow on a hot day, to give to a person who breaks out into spontaneous bursts of emotion (that would be me), as napkins for your upcoming picnic…the options are endless.
