Dress 2 is a gathered dress for lovers of simplicity and shape. It is both feminine and utilitarian which is juxtaposition that feels as important as it is beautiful. I also like the shape-shifting nature of this dress: how you can see how oversized it is when you open your arms up (perhaps you’re giving a hug?) and how the fabric drapes beautifully when your arms are at your side. This dress features two inseam pockets because, you know, you have hands and things to carry. Dress it up with a necklace and chunky clogs or throw it on with simple sandals for day-to-day wear.

Let’s chat sizing. The bodice of this dress is the same as t-shirt 2. So if you know your size for that style, then I would recommend taking your usual size. Below are garment measurements for os 0 through os 4 (extended sizing is now live!) I recommend around 12” of “ease” or space between your bust measurement and about 20” of ease in the hips give or take a few inches here and there. As always, you can e-mail me with any questions.
